International Shipping FAQ

International Shipping Policy:

We frequently ship international orders. We don’t quote shipping costs in advance until we know which items will be included. We need to know the overall weight, package dimensions, and address to give an accurate quote. We do this manually to avoid overcharging or undercharging and to be fair to our valued customers.

We only charge the actual cost of shipping, including insurance, and use either the least expensive method or something close if delivery will be significantly faster.

When we have this information, either via email request or an actual order, we can send a separate invoice for the international shipping cost. You can pay for it online with any major credit or debit card, just like any other online purchase.

You should be aware that FedEx and UPS almost always collect import taxes and duties from you in addition to the fees we charge. USPS although more expensive initially, rarely collects any additional fees.
